The Fertilization Project converts food waste into nutrient-rich compost. The project is a creative response to pressing needs in the region including famine and pollution. It includes apps to track waste, sensors to monitor composting, and skill-building sessions in the community. The project improves soil health, air quality, and the environment, proving that small changes in how we deal with waste can have a big, positive impact on both people and the planet.
